Salary: $180k–$200k base +

Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering utility-scale renewable energy & HV Infrastructureprojects across Australia.
As the Design Manager, you will:
- Oversee design strategy and engineering governance across HV and renewable projects
- Allocate resources across multiple disciplines to meet schedule and budget
- Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, construction and clients
- Drive consistency across design standards, processes and risk management
- Key leadership position across the engineering function on a national scale
- Exposure to large-scale, utility-grade renewable projects
- Strong secured pipeline with great growth opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in the mining, electrical utility, resource or renewables sectors
- Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
- Extensive HV infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of full EPC project lifecycle
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Confident client-facing capability
