Salary: $180k–$210k base + super + paid overtime

Design & Build Recruitment are partnering with a national EPC contractor delivering wind farms, BESS, hybrid microgrids, HV substations and integrated generation projects across Australia.
Due to continued growth and larger, more complex project awards, they are seeking a HV Design Manager to lead design delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
As the Design Manager, you will:
- Oversee design strategy and engineering governance across HV and renewable projects
- Allocate resources across multiple disciplines to meet schedule and budget
- Act as the primary technical interface between engineering, construction and clients
- Drive consistency across design standards, processes and risk management
- Key leadership position across the Adelaide engineering function
- Exposure to large-scale, utility-grade renewable projects
- Strong secured pipeline with follow-up Stage 2 projects

- Attractive remuneration package paid weekly, which includes paid overtime. Overtime hours can be banked for time off in lieu, allowing for extended paid holidays.
- 5+ years of experience in the mining, electrical utility, resource or renewables sectors
- Degree-qualified Electrical Engineer
- Extensive HV infrastructure experience (33kV–132kV+)
- Strong understanding of full EPC project lifecycle
- Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Confident client-facing capability
