This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high‑performing team with a strong reputation for designing and building custom homes. Established in early 2000's, they have built a trusted name in the WA residential market through integrity, quality and consistency.
The role will be split 70/30 across variations and fully custom spec builds. On average contract values sit between $800k - $1.5m.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Designer to work across single and double storey projects, including new‑build estates and challenging infill sites for both retail and investor clients. You will be part of a small, collaborative team, working closely with engineers, local councils and the broader business to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
About You
- Previous experience as a residential Designer with a WA builder is essential
- Excellent attention to detail with a solutions‑focused mindset
- Proficient in ArchiCAD
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of local building codes and standards
