The Role:
Due to continued growth, our client is now looking to appoint an experienced Designer to work across single and double storey projects.
- Producing accurate, high-quality design sketches that meet company standards and client requirements.
- Creating functional and innovative designs for single and double-storey homes in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with Sales Consultants and internal stakeholders to address design and construction challenges, ensuring practical and compliant outcomes.
- Partnering with the Estimating team to deliver cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or buildability.
- Maintaining a strong focus on design efficiency, construction feasibility, and customer satisfaction throughout the design process.
- Experience working for a Project or Custom Home builder
- Positive and self-motivated attitude
