What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead client-facing sketch and planning design phases.
- Collaborate with our offshore team to develop council-ready documentation.
- Work across a diverse project portfolio – from luxury two-storey homes and coastal builds to boutique renovations and small commercial projects.
- Engage in energy-efficient and sustainable design practices, including Passive House (Passivhaus) principles – full training provided.
- Contribute to a team delivering over 160 architectural drawings per year, with exposure to a variety of energy-efficient projects.
- 80% Design | 20% Drafting (all sketch applications handled in-house)
- Strong client and planning authority liaison
- Residential builds at 8–9+ star NatHERS rating
- Training towards 9–10 star and Passivhaus standards provided
- $90K – $120k + Super +(DOE)
- Flexible hours (start between 7:00am – 9:30am | 40hr week)
- Quarterly team-building days (chosen by staff)
