Designer/Draftsperson - Residential

This privately owned business has been delivering excellence in WA for over 30 years. Their work spans bespoke luxury homes, strata developments, and select government projects—offering both creative variety and design integrity.

Due to continued growth, they’re seeking a talented Draftsperson to join their in-house team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality working drawings and sales sketches using ArchiCAD
• Ensure compliance with building codes, council guidelines, and internal design standards
• Liaise with sales, estimating, and construction teams throughout the design and documentation process
• Work on a mix of custom luxury homes, small-scale multi-unit developments, and government-led housing projects

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Draftsperson in residential construction (builder-side)
• Skilled in drafting double-storey homes
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Strong understanding of NCC, R-Codes, and design compliance
• Background in high-end or custom home design is highly desirable

• Salary up to $110,000 + Super(commensurate with experience)
• North of the river office location
