Development Director
- Support end-to-end development of large-scale projects.
- Manage feasibility workstreams (site, grid, planning, engineering).
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and development milestones.
- Coordinate external consultants across technical, environmental, planning, and legal areas.
- Oversee preparation of planning and environmental approvals.
- Assist with grid connection processes, including applications and negotiations.
- Work across regulatory frameworks, market mechanisms, and connection standards.
- Support commercial structuring (land, partnerships, offtake, investment).
- Prepare investor materials and support transactions (e.g. partnerships, asset sales).
- Manage relationships with landholders, authorities, regulators, and investors.
