A leading builder who have grown considerably over the past 5 years are now looking to add to their team again. A formidable name in the WA market, known for their bespoke & innovative designs and quality workmanship. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of jobs, they are looking to appoint a Drafting Manager to their team.

The Role:
- Supporting and managing a team of 5 Draftspersons aswell as an overseas operation
- Manage all aspects of single custom designed homes and Unit developments
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding on different construction methodologies and R codes
- Ability to forward plan and add value at a senior leadership level
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following skills and experience:
- ArchiCAD proficiency (essential)
- Residential experience (essential)
- 4+ years experience working with a builder
- Currently in a Drafting/Design Manager position (advantageous) or an experienced Draftsperson wanting to step up into a management role
A salary ranging from $100k - $125k + Super (Depending on experience)
