What you’ll be doing:
- Producing detailed, high-quality working drawings and sales sketches using ArchiCAD
- Making sure all designs align with building codes, council requirements, and internal standards
- Working closely with sales, estimating, and construction teams from concept through to documentation
- Getting exposure to a mix of custom homes, boutique developments, and government housing projects
- Around 2+ years’ experience as a Draftsperson within residential construction (builder-side experience ideal)
- Solid experience with double-storey residential projects
- Confident using ArchiCAD
- Good understanding of NCC, R-Codes, and compliance requirements
- Exposure to high-end or custom home design is a big plus
- Salary up to $100k + Super (depending on experience)
- North of the river location
