The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of 40–50 sites, delivering service, maintenance, and minor works across a range of dry fire systems. This is a mobile role, suited to a technician who can work autonomously and build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, test, and maintain dry fire systems across a varied site portfolio
- Fault finding, repairs, and system diagnostics
- Programming and configuration of fire panels
- Identify and quote minor works and upgrades
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
- Liaise directly with clients and ensure high service standards
- Proven experience as a Dry Fire Technician
- Strong knowledge of fire indicator panels and detection systems
- Experience with programming (essential)
- Ability to manage your own workload and run a site portfolio
- Strong communication skills and customer-facing approach
- Relevant fire industry licences and certifications
