EDRMS Administrator | 6-Month Contract | Competitive Hourly Rate
Public Sector People are partnering with a local council in Sydney
to recruit an experienced EDRMS Administrator
for a 6-month contract.
The council is embarking on a Content Manager Improvement Project
to modernise their records management, streamline workflows, and improve information access for our staff. They are seeking an experienced Content Manager System Administrator
to play a key role in delivering these enhancements.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for redesigning their Business Classification Scheme (BCS), developing a new Security Scheme, and implementing Microsoft Teams integration
with Content Manager (v23.4). This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of best practice records management
Do you have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Content Manager System Administrator
- Proven track record in developing Business Classification Schemes and Security Schemes
- Experience with registration templates and system configuration
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration into Content Manager (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of records management standards and compliance requirements
- Duration: ASAP start - 6 months
- Location: Sydney North Shore
- Rate: Competitive hourly rate
