The Role:
- Lead and supervise on-site electrical works, coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and logistics to meet project timelines and budgets
- Maintain OHS, Environmental, and Quality standards, ensuring a safe and productive working environment
- Support, train, and mentor apprentices and electricians, fostering high performance and professional growth
- Manage site documentation, reporting, and communication with project managers and stakeholders
- A grade Electrician with 2–5 years’ commercial electrical experience
- Experience supervising or mentoring apprentices and site teams
- Strong organisational skills and practical knowledge of wiring rules, electrical codes, and installation methods
