A well-established building services contractor delivering electrical maintenance, service, and commercial installation works across a wide range of properties throughout Brisbane. The role offers a strong mix of planned maintenance, fault finding, reactive repairs, and project-based install work across office buildings, retail, education, and light industrial sites.
Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial electrical installation works across fit out, upgrade, and refurbishment projects
- Install and terminate lighting, power, switchboards, and general electrical infrastructure
- Complete planned, preventative, and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial properties
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications to deliver high-quality site installations
- Maintain accurate service records, test reports, and compliance documentation while adhering to site safety procedures
- 3–5+ years’ experience delivering electrical works across commercial and retail projects
- Qualified Electrician with relevant trade certification and current driver’s licence
- Holds a valid White Card, Working at Heights, EWP (under 11m), and LVR/CPR certifications
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical installation and maintenance practices
- Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
- Up to $50 per hour (depending on experience)
