Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Adelaide 

Salary: $250k base + 

Proejcts: EPC for HV Electrical, mining, and renewable energy. 

With major new multi-million dollar projects kicking off, they’re now on the lookout for an  Engineering Manager  to step into a leadership role.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll build systems, teams and lead the charge on high voltage project delivery across Australia. Driving outcomes on some of the country’s most important energy infrastructure.

As the  Engineering Manager,  your responsibilities will include:

• Optimise both technical and commercial solutions for HV projects in the energy sector
• Oversee projects at all phases (start-up, design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, completion)
• Develop and manage relationships with suppliers such as design partners and subcontractors
• Multidisciplinary engineering team leadership
• Manage relationships with client and customers to provide first class relationships. 

What experience can you bring?

• Degree qualified, ideally in electrical engineering
• Experienced in the design management of HV substations (66kv and upwards), Solar farms, Bess or similar major renewable energy projects. 
• Hands-on, used to working in small teams, able to adapt to client requirements
• Strong personal values and a team player
