�55357;�56508; The Role As the Estimating Manager, you’ll lead and inspire a skilled estimating team while being hands-on with complex tenders across projects ranging up to $20m. You’ll be the driving force behind competitive, accurate, and compelling bids. Helping shape the next generation of landmark interior projects in Perth.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Leading and mentoring an established team of estimators
• Taking ownership of the full tender process across multiple sectors
• Breaking down project documentation to identify trade packages
• Liaising with a broad network of subcontractors to secure competitive pricing
• Preparing and presenting detailed cost plans and bills of quantities
• Collaborating with Directors and Project Leaders to win strategic work

• Proven experience estimating commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects (up to $20m ideally)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear understanding of subcontractor markets and trade breakdowns
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ambition to grow with a company on the rise
