You’re an estimator with:
- 5+ years within civil construction and infrastructure-style estimating – water, sewer, roads, earthworks, subdivisions
- Demonstrated first‑principles pricing capability (bottom‑up vs. cost/m² roll‑ups)
- Experience structuring and reviewing subcontractor packages for maximum tender competitiveness
- Excellent local market knowledge (labour, plant availability, trade margins, risk allowances in South Australia)
- Proficiency in Expert Estimator (mandatory) and/or CATS or equivalent estimating tools designandbuild.com.au
- Experience mentoring others and elevating estimating standards
- Ability to engage & converse with client directly
