The Role
My client is currently seeking an experienced Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work across some of Sydney’s most prestigious residential builds and to take ownership of the estimating and contract administration processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for luxury residential projects
• Manage all aspects of contract administration from pre-construction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project alignment and budget control
• Use Procore for project management, tendering, variations, and document control
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotes, and manage procurement processes
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction
• Proven experience on projects valued up to $10 million
• Proficiency in Procore is essential
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, project timelines, and compliance
• Ability to work autonomously, manage your own workflow, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
