Salary:$140K–$170K + Super (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Estimator who thrives in the luxury residential space? This is an opportunity to join one of Sydney’s most respected custom home builders, delivering architectural homes up to $15M with an uncompromising focus on quality and detail.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for the full estimating process, from initial cost planning through to final tender submission, working closely with Directors, Project Managers, and leading Architects to ensure each bespoke project is delivered seamlessly.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience estimating high-end residential or architectural projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost planning and take-offs
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
