Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor pricing
- Managing tender processes from initial enquiry through to submission
- Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
- Identifying value engineering opportunities and project risks
- Experience estimating commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of local subcontractor market rates
- Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Background working for a commercial builder in Australia
