About the role:
Responsible for both Sales and Production Estimating, you will prepare accurate costings, assess plans and specifications, and work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
- Prepare accurate sales and production estimates for residential home builds
- Interpret plans and specifications to develop detailed costings and Bills of Quantities
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and manage costs
- Support Sales, Prestart, and Construction teams throughout the build process
- Assess and price variations as required
- Maintain accurate estimating records and project data
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and trades
- Previous experience as an Estimator within the residential construction industry
- Knowledge of WA building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Strong ability to read and interpret residential building plans and specifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
