Design and Build is recruiting Estimators to join an exceptional team that believes in quality over quantity.
Our CBD-based client is on the lookout for an Estimator who has a passion for working on residential construction projects across the Medium Density and Volume Building verticals.
About the Role
- Preparing sales estimates and post-contract variations.
- Providing quotations and pricing support for the sales team.
- Ensuring tasks are completed on time and accurately.
- Checking documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
- Preparation and administration of project estimates and quotations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.
- Completing Estimating take-offs and creating an accurate Bill of Quantities.
- Liaising with relevant suppliers to obtain quotes and raising purchase orders.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in estimating in the residential or volume building industry.
- Databuild experience is highly regarded.
- Must be up to date with bylaws and regulations (Australian Standards).
- Experience in both production and sales estimating is required.
