I am partnering with a well-established and growing insurance repair builder servicing the Fremantle to Mandurah region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with insurance exposure who is ready to step fully into an Estimator / Supervisor position, with training provided to support your transition.
If you’ve been working in a desktop-based insurance estimating role and want to move into a more hands-on position overseeing sites, managing trades and dealing directly with clients — this could be the right next step.
The Opportunity
- Report directly to the Construction Manager
- Scope, estimate and schedule insurance repair works
- Supervise trades across multiple projects
- Deliver high-level customer service and manage client relationships
- Utilise industry-leading repair management systems and technology
- Trade qualification preferred
- Experience estimating, scheduling or supervising residential works
- Exposure to the insurance sector (highly regarded)
- Sound knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Growing business with strong leadership and structure

- Training provided for those transitioning from desktop estimating

- Salary up to $85k + super + car (dependent on experience)
