A very unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Estimator / Site Supervisor to join their team. This role would suit someone with a carpentry background who has moved into estimating, or an experienced Site Supervisor looking to split their time between office-based estimating and on-site delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing estimates, costings and quotes for upcoming projects
- Completing take-offs and managing pricing for multi-residential and housing builds
- Overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating trades and suppliers
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards
- Managing variations and cost tracking throughout the build
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across development and construction
- Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Experience as a Site Supervisor, Estimator or hybrid background
- Strong understanding of residential and/or multi-residential construction
- Ability to read plans, complete take-offs and prepare cost estimates
- Confident managing trades and site operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- $120K + Super
- All sites located within 2 minutes of the office
- Exposure to a growing pipeline
- Work within a developer-builder model with strong project visibility
- Pool vehicle available for site use if required
