About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive within a dynamic local government environment. You'll be responsible for managing executive priorities, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing reports and correspondence, and acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organisation, professionalism, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to a senior executive.
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, meetings, travel and scheduling.
- Prepare reports, agendas, minutes, correspondence and briefing material.
- Coordinate meetings, functions and executive events.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Assist with financial administration including procurement, reconciliations and expense processing.
- Ensure executive priorities and deadlines are effectively managed.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO, Executive Director or Senior Manager.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written communication skills, including experience preparing reports, minutes and correspondence.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and stakeholder management.
- Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence.
- Previous Local Government experience will be highly regarded.
