- Manage diaries, calendars, and inboxes for two directors
- Schedule, attend, and take minutes during meetings as needed
- Monitor timelines, and provide regular progress updates and reminders
- Handle phone calls on behalf of the directors
- Prepare agendas and compile reports
- Organise and book travel arrangements
- Oversee office supplies and inventory
- Assist with document preparation and provide support on construction projects
- Support onboarding processes for new staff
- Deliver general administrative support, including assistance with onboarding and procurement across the business
- 4+ years working as an Executive/Personal Assistant for a Builder supplier, Commercial and or Residential Builder
- Is confident, diligent, methodical, uses discretion, takes initiative, and has key leadership skills
- Remains composed under pressure while staying highly organised
