Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the day-to-day financial operations and reporting
- Managing budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Preparing accurate monthly and management reports
- Supporting the annual budgeting and planning process
- Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
- Managing compliance, audit and statutory reporting requirements
- Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions
- Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organisation
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, systems and controls
- Leading and developing finance team members
You will bring:
- Strong technical accounting and financial management skills
- Experience across budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to translate financial information into clear, practical insights
- Experience managing and developing a finance team
- CA/CPA qualification or progress towards qualification is desirable
