Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all finishing trades onsite
- Drive programme to ensure smooth completion and handover
- Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship
- Oversee defect management and close-out processes
- Ensure strong site safety practices are maintained
- Work closely with the Site Manager and project team to achieve project milestones
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman / Finishes Supervisor on commercial projects
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and sequencing finishing trades
