An established Tier 2 builder is seeking both a Structural Foreman and Finishes Foreman to join a flagship 30-storey luxury residential development on the Gold Coast.

Our client is a well-regarded national builder delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. They are known for their collaborative culture, strong systems, and consistent delivery of complex builds, with a solid pipeline of repeat work across key markets.
The Roles
- Structural Foreman: Oversee all structural elements, manage trades through the structure phase, and ensure programme, safety, and quality targets are achieved.
- Finishes Foreman: Drive the finishes stage, coordinating trades, managing defects, and ensuring high-end quality standards are delivered throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on site
- Drive programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain a strong safety culture and compliance
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all stages of construction
- Work closely with the Site Manager and project team
About You:
- Proven experience as a Foreman on high-rise residential projects
- Strong structural and/or finishes experience on projects $80M+
- Ability to manage trades and push programme effectively
- High attention to detail, particularly for finishes
- Stable background with reputable builders
