We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor
for a 4-week contract in Caloundra, overseeing the fit out of a retail project.
This is a great short-term opportunity for a supervisor who is confident managing fast-paced fit out projects and can step in and deliver from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme deadlines
- Maintain high standards of OH&S and site safety
- Monitor quality control across all stages of the fitout
- Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Proven experience supervising retail or commercial fitout projects
- Strong ability to manage multiple trades in a live environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of construction programmes and deadlines
- Available to start immediately
- 4-week contract
