Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site coordination and delivery
- Oversee construction works from structure through to finishing stages
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure programme targets and project milestones are achieved
- Maintain strong quality standards across all stages of construction
- Enforce WHS compliance and maintain a safe site environment
- Conduct inspections and manage defect rectification
- Coordinate with consultants, trades, suppliers and project stakeholders
- Assist with site planning, sequencing and problem-solving
- Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Experience across multi-residential, industrial or education projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Confident managing subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and programme expectations
- Current White Card
- Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and WHS requirements
