Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in day-to-day site coordination
- Oversee structural works through to detailed finishing stages
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure programme targets are met
- Maintain high-end quality standards expected in luxury residential
- Enforce WHS compliance and site safety
- Conduct inspections and manage defect rectification
- Liaise with consultants, trades, and suppliers
- Proven experience as a General Foreman on multi-residential projects
- Strong background in both structures and finishes
- Experience on mid to high-rise apartment builds preferred
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing
- Strong leadership and trade coordination skills
- Ability to maintain quality control in high-spec environments
- Current White Card
- Strong knowledge of Australian building standards
- Long-term contract 6-12 months through to project completion
