Foreman
Design & Build Recruitment is partnering with a National Construction Company. Our client is very well established, has a quality booked of subcontractors, pays these subcontractors on time, and will only place you on Brisbane based projects. You will continuity of work across mixed use commercial, retail, health, industrial, and education new build projects.
The successful applicant will join a well-resourced delivery team. You will report into a Site Manager and work with a team of foreman. You will be required to work Monday to Friday with only one Saturday every 4-5 weeks. You will be supervising subcontractors, managing progress and the overall site safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the on-site construction subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Strengths in either structural or finishing or both.
- Manage project resources including labour, materials, and equipment.
- Work within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience as a foreman running projects $20M+
- In depth construction knowledge.
- First aid & CPR
- QBCC is an advantage
- Computer literate
