Salary: Up to $140,000 + Super
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join a growing modular construction team delivering high-quality residential projects across Western Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who understands residential building and can confidently manage trades, subcontractors, quality, safety and project delivery.
The Role As Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating trades and subcontractors on residential projects
- Managing daily site activities and ensuring projects stay on schedule
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Coordinating deliveries, materials and site logistics
- Monitoring site safety and ensuring WHS requirements are followed
- Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
- Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Identifying and resolving construction issues on site
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress updates using Procore
- Ensuring projects are delivered within programme, budget and quality expectations
- Proven experience as a Foreman / Site Foreman on residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and sequencing
- Excellent ability to coordinate and manage trades
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance
- Ability to read and understand architectural and construction drawings
- Experience using Procore or similar construction management software
