We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman/Supervisor
with residential building experience to support the Site Manager on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations on construction sites.
- Manage and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on progress, resolving any issues promptly.
- Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or Supervisor in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications preferred.
- Current driver's license.
