Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead all site activities across allocated projects, from procurement through to handover
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design, quality, safety, and environmental requirements
- Promote the Menard culture and maintain strong, positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly project reporting
- Support the Project Manager (where applicable) and Regional Manager to achieve project objectives
- Contribute to business development through market strategy implementation, industry networking, and technical presentations
- 3-5 years of engineering experience, including prior Geotechnical experience
- Technical knowledge of Civil and Geotechnical concepts
- Knowledge and experience with Ground Improvement Techniques
- Basic AutoCAD (or similar) experience
- Solid understanding of online software
- Solid understanding of civil/survey and structural drawings
