An established not-for-profit organisation is seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to become the backbone of its day-to-day operations.

This is a varied role that combines office administration, executive support and governance coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within corporate services.

Working closely with the leadership team, you'll help ensure the office runs smoothly while supporting board and committee processes, maintaining records and coordinating key organisational activities.

The Role

No two days will look the same. You'll be responsible for keeping the office organised, supporting internal teams and assisting with governance administration to ensure important meetings, documentation and compliance activities run seamlessly.

You'll enjoy working in a collaborative environment where you're trusted to take ownership, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the office
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars and travel arrangements as required
  • Prepare agendas, board papers and meeting packs
  • Take minutes and distribute actions following board and committee meetings
  • Maintain governance records, policies and document registers
  • Assist with compliance and corporate reporting requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the executive leadership team
  • Coordinate suppliers, office resources and facilities
  • Support internal communications and general business operations
About You

You'll be an organised administrator who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments.

You're confident juggling multiple priorities, have exceptional attention to detail and enjoy supporting both operational and governance functions.

Previous exposure to board administration or governance is advantageous but not essential, we're looking for someone eager to learn and grow.

Experience Required
  • Previous experience in office administration, executive assistance or business support
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience supporting boards, committees or governance activities will be highly regarded
  • Experience within the not-for-profit, healthcare, aged care or community sectors is desirable but not essential
