to join a council in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is innovative, collaborative, and passionate about good governance in the public sector.

As Governance Lead, you will:
- Lead and support governance activities across Council.
- Provide expert advice on governance policies, systems, and frameworks.
- Coordinate ethical frameworks, including code of conduct and public interest disclosures.
- Manage governance systems for Council and Committee meetings.
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience.
- GIPA experience is essential.
- Local, state or federal government experience is highly desirable.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in governance, public administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, local government legislation, and ethical standards.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and delivering business improvements.
