You’ll work across large scale, mixed-use, hotel and residential developments and commercial new build projects. Projects typically range from $50m to $120m.

- Managing contracts, procurement, scopes, and variations
- Cost control, reporting, and supporting site delivery teams
- Working closely with PMs and Senior CAs to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery
- Building strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants
- Gaining exposure to significant, complex structures and high-value packages
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in commercial construction
- Strong communication, organisation, and financial management skills
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from highly regarded senior staff
- Someone who wants long-term development, stability, and exposure to major builds
