The Opportunity
In this exciting contract role, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and impactful visual communication materials. You'll work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to develop designs that meet specific project needs and objectives.
What You'll Do:
- Develop creative concepts and graphic design solutions for a variety of print and digital communication materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Produce high-quality design work using industry-standard software (Adobe CS, Pre-press).
- Manage your workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver successful project outcomes.
- A relevant design qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Design, Diploma of Graphic Design).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar graphic design role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Local Government experience is preferred
