What You’ll Be Doing
- Cost estimating for bespoke new builds and high‑end renovations
- Preparing detailed BOQs, take‑offs, and tender submissions
- Working closely with designers, architects, and construction managers
- Managing complex renovation scopes, structural changes, and premium material selections
- Negotiating and maintaining supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising design intent
- Proven experience estimating custom homes and/or high‑end renovations
- Strong understanding of WA construction codes, renovation methodologies, and structural considerations
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in estimating software (Buildsoft, Databuild, Truth Engine)
