Our client is a growing contractor operating across the construction and infrastructure sectors, delivering major projects across Australia and New Zealand.

With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join their team based in Marsden Park.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their HR career within a busy, project-driven environment, working closely with employees, managers and operational teams across the business.

The Role
As HR Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle and help ensure HR records, documentation and processes are accurate and up to date.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining employee records, HR documentation and personnel files
  • Preparing employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinating pre-employment documentation and compliance requirements
  • Assisting with employee queries and general HR administration
  • Updating HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data
  • Supporting recruitment and mobilisation activities where required
  • Assisting the wider HR team with reporting and ad hoc projects
  • Liaising with managers and employees across project and office-based teams
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll have:
  • Previous experience in HR administration, HR coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or another project-based environment highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved across the HR function
