Key responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
- Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team have been fully inducted and fully compliant
- Maintain accurate HR and safety records
- Support injury management, RTW coordination
- A confident communicator with strong HR and safety knowledge
- Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
- Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
- Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
- Be part of a well-established, growing business with strong industry standing
