We're seeking a dedicated and hands-on HR Professional / Safety Advisor to play a key role in supporting our team across both human resources and workplace health & safety functions. This is a dynamic, people-focused role where you'll be the go-to for staff and leaders, ensuring smooth HR processes and a safe, compliant working environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all HR and WHS-related queries
  • Provide advice and support on HR policies, procedures, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, ensure the team have been fully inducted and fully compliant
  • Maintain accurate HR and safety records
  • Support injury management, RTW coordination
About you:
  • A confident communicator with strong HR and safety knowledge
  • Proven experience in employee relations and WHS practices
  • Able to work across departments and build strong working relationships
  • Committed to continuous improvement and compliance
