sector—as they expand their Health & Safety team. They are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of health, safety, and emergency management strategies that meet client specifications.
- Present on HSE related topics at pre-start meetings and Toolbox Meetings as required
- Develop comprehensive HSE documentation for projects, including risk assessments, HSE Management Plans, SWMS, and site induction materials and training packages
- Direct, mentor, and provide guidance to the project health and safety team, ensuring effective supervision and safety oversight.
- Organize and lead audits, site inspections, and control assessments to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
- Facilitate risk assessment workshops and contribute to the creation of construction method statements.
- Lead thorough investigations into incidents, ensuring all reviews are conducted systematically and effectively.
- Identify and facilitate training initiatives to enhance team skills and competencies in health and safety practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Cert IV Work Health and Safety
- Previous experience in the Civil Construction Industry
- Experience on road projects is advantageous
- Cert III Civil Construction (highly regarded)
- HR license is desirable
