Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and proactive HSE Advisor in supporting the implementation and advancement of HSE strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors.
- Monitor and review risk assessments and safe work method statements (SWMS) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Minimum Cert IV WHS.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Advisor in the commercial / structures industry - advantageous
