- Previous HSE experience within civil construction or bulk earthworks
- Strong site presence with a practical, hands-on approach to safety
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations
- Confident engaging with supervisors, operators and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and site safety requirements
- Hands-on role within a busy bulk earthworks project
- Opportunity to work closely with site teams and influence safety outcomes
- South of the river location
