The Role
As a Project Safety Manager – Commercial Projects, you will:
- Mentor and guide project teams to build strong safety leadership and capability.
- Partner with project teams to embed and improve HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
- Provide clear safety guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Prepare and deliver safety reports, presentations, and insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices across commercial projects.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:
- Strong experience in HSE within commercial construction (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
- Proven ability to mentor teams and implement robust safety systems.
- Expereince with projects over $100M
