We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health and Safety Manager
with a strong background in leading HSE strategy and systems across multiple sites or regions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation.
Our client is a leading infrastructure contractor based in Western Australia, renowned for delivering high-quality civil, road, and hardscape projects to both public and private sector clients across Australia.
As Health and Safety Manager, you’ll oversee HSE performance across multiple sites, ensure legislative compliance, and foster a strong safety culture. Your leadership will help drive safe, efficient project delivery and continuous improvement across operations.
Key requirements include:
- Lead thorough investigations into incidents, ensuring all reviews are conducted correctly and effectively.
- Experience in a senior HSE role within a high-risk industry - civil, infrastructure, construction.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO-certified management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coach, and lead safety culture change at all organisational levels.
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate – Essential
- Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field (e.g., Cert IV in Work Health and Safety)
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and management systems.
