Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial and government projects.
This is a site based safety role working on a $100M+ commercial project in Sydney's North West.
Night shift available (multiple roles)
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
- Pre-starts, site safety walks & inspections
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
- Ensure legislation is adhered to
- Investigate and report on any incidents
- Provide training to team members
- Conduct reviews and risk analysis
- Manage and develop relationships with employees and subcontractors
- Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
- 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a head contractor
- Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
- Experience working on commercial construction projects $30M+
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage deadline
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication & problem solving skills
