We’re working with a growing builder delivering high-quality fit out and refurbishment projects, looking for a HSEQ Coordinator to support site and systems-based safety activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HSEQ career to gain hands-on experience and develop under a strong HSEQ Manager.
The Role
- Support site inspections, audits, and safety observations
- Assist with SWMS, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Help manage HSEQ systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
- Use Procore& BuildPass to track actions and compliance
- Maintain HSEQ records, training registers, and documentation
- Assist with reporting and stakeholder communication
- Cert IV in WHS (Diploma a plus)
- 2–3 years’ HSEQ experience in construction (fit out ideal)
- Experience with Procore
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Proactive and keen to learn
