We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to take ownership of the safety function across multiple live construction projects.
This is a stand-alone role with autonomy to lead and manage systems, support project teams, and ensure compliance across a busy portfolio of concurrent sites. You will be responsible for managing the full HSEQ function, including systems, audits, site engagement, and continuous improvement.
The Role
As the HSEQ Manager – Commercial Projects, you will:
- Mentor and guide project teams to build strong safety leadership and capability.
- Partner with project teams to embed and improve HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
- Provide clear safety guidance and support to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Prepare and deliver safety reports, presentations, and insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in HSE practices across commercial projects.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic HSE professional with:
- Experience in construction HSEQ roles (commercial building preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Practical, approachable communication style
- Strong understanding of IMS requirements and audit processes
- Ability to work independently in a stand-alone role
