Sydney & NSW Regions | Multi-Site Civil & Construction
$100K – $120K + Car
We are partnering with a well-established civil/construction contractor delivering a range of projects across Sydney and surrounding regions. With multiple active sites, they are seeking a hands-on Safety Advisor who thrives in a visible, site-based role working directly with operational teams.
This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers a practical, boots-on-the-ground safety role rather than a predominantly office-based position.
The focus is on improving site safety performance, engaging crews, and supporting supervisors across multiple live sites through regular on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety walkthroughs
- Identify and close out compliance gaps across multiple sites
- Deliver toolbox talks and on-site safety training
- Review, update, and support SWMS development
- Assist with documentation systems and safety processes
- Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Drive proactive engagement with site teams and supervisors
- Travel regularly between project locations
About You
- Cert IV in WHS (essential)
- Experience in civil, construction, infrastructure, demolition, piling, or similar environments
- Strong on-site presence with the ability to engage and influence crews
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
- Practical, solutions-focused approach to safety
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to balance compliance requirements with operational delivery
- Full-time role (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Approximately 1 day per week in head office (flexible)
- Salary: $100K – $120K + vehicle
